液压系统换向阀与溢流阀的选用问题实例分析
下图1(a)是某厂自行设计制造的原拉弯机液压系统原理图,可实现型材的拉伸和弯曲两个动作。操纵手动换向阀2、油液通过左位进入拉伸液压缸4、5的无杆腔,拉伸液压缸4、5的活塞前进,进行型材的拉伸过程。当达到要求的拉伸率后,再操纵手动换向阀3以其左位接入回路,油液进入弯曲液压缸6的无杆腔,进行型材的弯曲。弯曲定形后卸下工件,弯曲液压缸6和拉伸液压缸4、5退回,从而完成一个型材拉弯的动作循环。系统压力由溢沉阀1调定。后经改进, 液压系统采用电磁换向阀和电磁溢流阀,如图1(b)所示。
存在问题:系统采用电磁溢流阀,对降低功耗、减少油液发热和洩漏有明显效果,但当拉伸和弯曲动作开始时,出现明显的液压冲击,伴随设备颤振,影响産品的质量。
选用的电磁换向阀与原手动换向阀规格相同,唯一不同的就是换向操纵方式,问题出在哪里?
电磁换向阀是借助于电磁铁的吸力推动阀芯在阀体内做相对运动来改变阀的工作位置的,它切换迅速,换向时间短,因此在换向阀切换时必然会産生液压冲击。手动换阀阀是用于操纵杠杆,推动阀芯相对阀体移动来改变位置的,它切换不像前者那么迅速,是逐渐打开或关闭阀口的,具有节流阻尼的效果,因此对液压冲击具有缓冲作用。所以,改造后的系统换向平稳性较差。
选用相同规格的电液换向阀代替电磁换向阀,即可消除液压冲击,同时它也兼有电磁换向阀操纵灵活、便于自动程序控制的优点,进一步改造后的液压系统如图1(c)所示。调节电液换向阀控制压力油路中的阻尼器,可调节换向时间,从而可提高换向的平稳性。
此例说明:对于换向平稳性要求较高的液压设备,宜采用换向时间可控制的电液换向阀或手动换向阀组成液压系统。
